0215(3)(a)(i) During the visit on 3/14/24, it was observed that a prescription Epi Pen did not have the required prescription label information or the name of the child. 0215(a)(ii) During the visit on 3/14/24, it was observed that nonprescription Hydrocortisone cream was not labeled with first and last name and did not have authorizationform. 0215(3)(c) During the visit on 3/14/24, it was observed that an Epi Pen was stored in a child's backpack, accessible to children. During the visit it was moved to a high shelf out of the reach of children. The medication cabinet child lock had broken so that the cabinet was accessible to children. 0215(3)(d) During the visit on 3/14/24, it was observed that medications no longer in use by children were stored in the medication cabinet.
